Artist Statement
I am drawn to creating artworks as all-encompassing experiential environments provoking both thought and delight in its viewers. In each project, my aim is to provide the viewer with a visually layered and multi-sensory experience. My work is formally and materially diverse where in creative decisions are driven by each individual project concept. It is my aim to create art experiences that are thought provoking, experientially powerful and critically relevant to our times.
I am attracted to the conceptual framework and overall spirit of the Missouri Billboard Project and the opportunity to create an issue-driven image that would reach a very public audience.
